I materiali e le finiture traducono la rigidità dei codici militari in leggerezza e comfort rendendo queste creazioni particolarmente adatte alle uniformi contemporanee, dal suit allo sportswear. Dai vitelli spazzolati e ingrassati alle nappe dal matelassé fiammato, le nuovissime suole in micro resistenti e leggere, zip e fibbie inedite, la ricerca é onnipresente e mai invadente.
Le forme bombate, il guardolo pronunciato e la lavorazione Blake-rapid conferiscono alle calzature una grande solidità. Being perfectly conscious of the complex challenges made by the current market, Bruno Bordese is elaborating new expressions in masculine elegance, experimenting with shades for the more traditional Italian style shoes and transcribing the key elements in a contemporary code.
Bordese's creative talent reinvents itself with a balanced FALL-WINTER 2010-11 collection, where black dominates the traditional styles found in a masculine wardrobe.
His inspiration comes from high quality military footwear: derby, wingtip, army boots, walking boots and biker boots express a metropolitan and sophisticated mood with an obvious touch of Brit-Rock.
Fine material and detailing translate the military severity into lightness and comfort, which, in fact, is what makes these creations particularly appropriate for the contemporary uniform whether it be a business suit or sportswear. From brushed and lubricated calfskin, soft leather, and blazed quilting, to the new micro resistant light sole, zippers and buckles, the research is omnipresent but never invasive.
The rounded forms, the pronounced look and the Blake-rapid workmanship give these shoes a lot of strength. The line is purposely neat, without affectations and emphasized by "all black", they leave no room for approximation.
